We all need timely advice, and when it comes from wise people, that advice can change the course of your life.
Tip N0.1. Walk for 10 to 30 min. everyday. As you walk, smile.

Tip N0.2. Sit quietly for at least 10 min. every day. Lock yourself in if you have to.

It is good to wait in silence for the LORD's salvation. LAMENTATIONS 3:26

Trust quietly in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not be angry because of the one who prospers in his way, because of the man who carries out his intrigues.

Tip N0.3. Listen to good music every day, it is real food for the spirit.
Psalms 37: 7.

Hallelujah! Because it is good to sing praises to our God, because praise is pleasant and appropriate.
Psalm 147: 1.

Tip N0. 4. When you get up in the morning say the following… My purpose today is to ______________.
You know my sitting down and my getting up; from afar you understand my thoughts. Psalm 139: 2.

Tip N0. 5. Live with the 3 E's… Energy, enthusiasm and empathy.

As for your former way of living, put off the old man, which is corrupted according to deceitful desires, Ephesians 4:22.

But now you too put away all these things: anger, anger, malice, slander, foul language from your mouth. Colossians 3: 8.

Tip # 6. Play more games than last year.

"Even if man lives twice a thousand years, but does not enjoy good things, don't they all go to the same place?" Ecclesiastes 6: 6.

Tip # 7. Read more books than last year.

Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy and keep the things that are written in it, because the time is near.
Revelation 1: 3.

Tip No. 8. Look at the sky at least once a day, realize the majesty of the world around you.

For thus says the LORD who created the heavens (He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not make it a desolate place, but formed it to be inhabited): I am the LORD and there is no other. Isaiah 45:18.

Tip No. 9. Dream more while you're awake.

My soul longs, and even longs for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh sing with joy to the living God. Psalm 84: 2.

Tip # 10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and less foods that are manufactured in industrial plants or require sacrifice.

Behold, I make him bring up health and medicine; and I will heal them, and reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth. Jeremiah 33: 6.

Beloved, I pray that you prosper in everything just as your soul prospers, and that you have good health. 3 John 1: 2.

Tip # 11. Eat blueberries and walnuts. Drink green tea, lots of water and a glass of wine a day (make sure to toast with it something beautiful of how much there is in your life and, if possible, do it in the company of who you love).

Here is what I have seen to be good and convenient: eating, drinking and enjoying all the work in which one toils under the sun in the few days of the life that God has given him; because this is your reward. Ecclesiastes 1:18.

Tip # 12. Try to make at least 3 people laugh every day.

No one seeks his own good, but that of his neighbor. 1 Corinthians 10:24.

Tip No. 13. Eliminate clutter from your house, your car and your desk and let new energy flow in your life.

But let everything be done decently and in order. 1 Corinthians 14:40.

With all diligence guard your heart, for from it flow the springs of life. Proverbs 4:23.

Tip # 14. Don't waste your precious time on gossip, things from the past, negative thoughts or things out of your control. Better invest your energy in the positive of the present.

WALK WISELY TOWARDS THOSE OUTSIDE, MAKING WELL USE OF TIME. COLOSSIANS 4:45.

Tip No. 15. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are lessons that come and go, what you learn from them is for life.

And after you've suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will perfect, affirm, strengthen, and establish you. 1 Peter 5:10.

Tip No. 16. Eat breakfast like a king, eat like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

Food is for the stomach and the stomach is for food, but God will destroy both. However, the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body. 1 Corinthians 6:13.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, which you have from God, and that you are not yours? 1 Corinthians 6:19.

Tip # 17. Smile and laugh more.

Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, Great things the LORD has done to them.
Psalm 126: 2.

Tip # 18. Do not miss the opportunity to hug someone you appreciate.

Be affectionate to one another with brotherly love; with honor, give preference to one another; Romans 12:10.

Tip # 19. Life is too short to waste time hating someone.
Rather, love your enemies, and do good, and lend expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Luke 6:35.

Making good use of time, because the days are bad. Ephesians 5:16.

Tip # 20. Don't neglect the gift you have.

Each one according to the gift he has received, minister it to the others, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. . 1 Peter 4:10.

Take care of yourself and the teaching; persevere in these things, because by doing so you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who listen to you. 1 Timothy 4:16.
