Fighting for your dreams.

Everyone in life has dreams. Some are realistic and achievable, others are not. Some are achieved, others are not. Sometimes we dream awake, other times, asleep. There are dreams that are born in the heart of God, others in our own heart and with personal motivations. And those who are born in the heart of God are transmitted to those who are in intimacy with Him and with a specific purpose of God.

Jeremiah 29:11. Because I know the thoughts I have about you, says God, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you the end you hope for. Keep fighting for your dreams.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the dynamic industrialist Henry Ford stood in front of his employees and promised to make it possible for the average American family to access motor transport. People laughed out loud, yet 15 years later, millions of Ford Model T cars had been bought and sold at a cost of $290 each.
In the 1940s a young evangelist named Billy Graham had a radical dream. He and a few colleagues from the university imagined packed stadiums, where people far from God could hear the proclamation of the gospel. Millions of people have heard Billy Graham preach live, and more than a billion have heard him present the gospel on television and radio.

In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC, and painted a picture of a world without prejudice, hatred, or racism. I have a dream that my 4 children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged on the color of their skin, but on the content of their character. Even when Dr. King was cruelly murdered, his dream lived on. Almost 40 years later, his passion guides the nation as racial barriers fall.

All these characters kept fighting for their dreams.

Are you fighting for your dreams?

Listening to God is vital. He is the God of all knowledge and He will show you the path you must take to fight for your dreams. Also seeking advice is wise, for in the multitude of counselors there is victory.

Set goals where you specify what you want to do, what steps you are going to take, putting dates, names of people who will support you, etc. And start little by little, without despair and in the end you will see your dream come true and I encourage you to celebrate it with thanksgiving.

What they desire will be given to the righteous. Proverbs 10:24,
The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him; He also will hear their cry and saves them. Psalm 145: 18,19.

Keep fighting for your dreams. If these come from God, fight, vision, continue to the goal, and walk with the assurance that you can do everything in Christ who strengthens you. There will be difficult moments but you will see with joy the fruit of your dream. Jesus Christ paid a great price, was mistreated, despised, hurt, and died, but his dream and obedience to the Father, managed to buy the salvation of humanity. And in the end you can say: God has helped me up to here.

God bless you,
