"He has not learned the lessons of life who daily has not overcome some fear." Ralph Waldo Emerson

I constantly receive emails from many people, and it is incredible how many people are experiencing panic situations. They live in fear, from stage fright to fear of dying. They live in anguish and desperate to find help for their marriage or family relationship. Others live in financial panic, panic to be unemployed, as it may be that you already are and you have a panic about the future, you live in uncertainty. They are real people who feel a lot of pressure, stress and constantly ask themselves "Why me?"

A definition of panic says that it is a sudden overwhelming fear, with or without cause, that produces hysterical or irrational behavior, and that often spreads rapidly through a group of people, I can say that it is a virus. Panic has no sense of purpose. What panic is looking for is for you to run away from the problem, hide or stick your head in a hole. Panic does not give hope, on the contrary it creates a feeling of hopelessness. Panic tells you there is no way out and makes you scream: Who can help me?

And how do I get out of panic?

To get out of a panic you need to learn to deal with stress. There are many ways to do it therapeutically, however for me the most important is related to the spiritual connection.

How is your relationship with God? Do you trust Him?

The Bible which is the great book shows us a text that says: “Do not worry about anything; rather, on every occasion, with prayer and supplication, present your requests to God and give Him thanks. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. " Philippians 4: 6.7 (NIV)

What is it that worries you? If you think what worries you has no solution, you are right, but if you think it has a solution, you are also right. We can see then that it is a matter of thought and beyond thought we "create realities" with our language.

What is the "reality" that I have created? What do you say to yourself when you are faced with what you fear?

The first rule is to learn to trust God, I believe that many of our problems are created by us with the decisions we make, and God allows them to see where our trust is. Where do you place your trust?

We need to learn to develop trust in God and this is not just saying it, it is creating a mental habit of changing thoughts and changing language.

How are my thoughts? How are my words? Does what I think or what I speak agree with what God says I am?

We need to act confidently every day. Anxiety or panic make me a reactive person, a victim of circumstances, while trust makes me a proactive, responsible person, the protagonist of my destiny.

Don't lose the trust that God has placed in you. When you lose confidence you panic. Panic makes things worse. Confidence makes you see opportunities, confidence develops character, perseverance, resilience and other qualities that will help you lead the life of peace that you long for.

Today is the best day to start living free from fear, uncertainty, anxiety. Today is the best day to trust God and trust him with everything that worries you. Do not panic, seek to be the protagonist of your life, and there coaching can help you. I invite you to answer the following question: What would you do if you had all the confidence that God is with you? I would love to read your comments.
