"No one reached the summit accompanied by fear" Publio Siro

Fear is a normal trait of the human being and serves to alert and protect us. Since our childhood we are suffering and experiencing numerous fears. The first fears that appear in our life are manifested with fear of loud noises and the fear of falling, thus we grow and reach adults with different fears: of loneliness, of losing their marriage, of losing their job, of being left behind. ruin, things not going as planned, fail, make decisions, and even fear of success.

Are you one of those people whom fear has paralyzed? Do you feel that your life has not moved forward because of fear?

They say that one day a pilgrim came across the Plague and asked him where was he going:
- To Baghdad - she replied - to kill five thousand people.
A week passed and when the pilgrim came across the Plague that He was returning from his trip, he asked her indignantly:
- You told me you were going to kill five thousand people, and you killed fifty one thousand!
- No - replied the Plague. - I only killed five thousand, the rest died of afraid.

Fear is real, it not only paralyzes but also makes it impossible for us to see the opportunities that are presented to us every day. Fear enslaves us, takes us prisoner, preventing us from having the life we want for ourselves. Fear keeps us from moving towards the extraordinary life we long for in our marriage, work, in our relationships, and in everything we are and do.

I invite you to ask yourself in front of the mirror: What things would you do if you were not afraid? And surely incredible answers come out, those dreams come out and those goals that you want to achieve but that fear does not let you. The question to ask yourself: How do I deal with fear? Ó How do I deal with fear?

1- Accept fear
We all have our fears, and they are related to our history and our vulnerabilities. Fear seeks to distance us from our potential, from our ability to respond to problems. We all go through fear, you are not the only person who is afraid.

2- Change your thoughts
Fear can haunt you from your past, prepare a trap for you in the present and even stalk you in your future, do not let fear dominate you, do not think about it, fill yourself with the promise: “Because the Spirit of God does not make us cowards. On the contrary, it empowers us to love others and strengthens us so that we can live a good Christian life. 2 Timothy 1: 7 (BLS)

3- Your thoughts attract what you want
If you think negatively, the result you will get is negative facts. When fear appears, you can control it. Remember what the Bible says in Proverbs 10:24 “What the wicked fear, that happens to him; what the just desires, that receives. "

4- Become an administrator of your life
Fear cannot be your owner, God is the owner of your life, but it is up to you to manage and as such you must make use of all the resources that God has made available to you. Follow the manual, there are promises for your life, your family, your relationships, your businesses. You can achieve your dreams, achieve your goals because God is with you, he is the owner.

5- Life is choice. It is up to you to choose how you want to live.
We are constantly choosing, from the beginning God gave us a choice. Make a wish for your life, but wishing it is not enough, commit to living the life you want, a life of joy and happiness, walk in your vision from today. March without fear.

"Your life expands in proportion to your bravery." John C. Maxwell

Your dreams must be greater than your fears. Virgil Thompson said: "Try something you haven't tried before and do it at least three times: once to overcome fear, once to find out how to do it, and once to see if you like it or not. "

Fear is something that needs to be crossed in order to grow.

Today is the best day to make a decision to face your fears, you can dominate them with divine help, "Because I Jehovah am your God, who holds you by your right hand and says:" Do not fear, I will help you. Isaiah 41:13
