A boy made a wooden boat and went out to test it on the lake, but without realizing it, the boat, propelled by a light wind, was beyond his reach.

Distressed he ran to ask for help from an older boy, who was nearby, to help him in his predicament.

Without saying anything the boy began to lift stones and throw them, apparently against the boat; the little boy thought he would never get his boat again and

that the big boy was making fun of him; until he realized that instead of touching the boat each stone went a little beyond it and originated

orA small wave that made the boat roll back to shore.

Each stone was calculated and finally the toy was brought within the reach of the little boy, who was happy and grateful with the possession of his little treasure.

Sometimes things happen in our life that seem unpleasant, without meaning or plan and it even seems to us that it sinks us further; but if we wait

and we have confidence in God, we will realize that each trial, each tribulation, is like a stone thrown on still waters

of our life, which brings us closer to our goal.
